If Joy could split in two, and one was introverted and the other was extroverted…
this is what you’ll experience in this delightful conversation between 🎈Noemi Apetri 🎈and me.
Take a listen as we unpack what in the heck Joy is, and the two ways to approach it, not as either-or, but as two important sides of the same coin. The heaven and the earth.
Noemi and I had this conversation nearly a month ago when she interviewed me on Joy. We shared this already on Substack. Yet, this was sitting in my drafts…?
Perhaps I was meant to find this again today so that I can share this with you in case you missed it the first time around because you get me solely through your inbox. If this is the case, take a listen.
Truth is, JOY is not a bubbly luxury like champagne. It’s the source of attracting all things good. It’s pure presence. Look it up in the dictionary, and there should be a picture of any child, in the moment. It’s in how we show up: open, receptive, no past to hinder and color our experiences, and no worry of the future to sabotage it. It’s pure and spontaneous wisdom that tells us that all is, and will continue to be, okay.
Love, Savitree
